About This Course
This course is designed to give Managers and Supervisors the skills and tools to actively prevent Inappropriate Behaviour (ie. bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination) in the workplace.
Management must ensure the work environment is safe and that illegal behaviour like bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination is managed to ensure employees are safe and to prevent the Supervisor/ Manager and the organisation being legally liable for complaints made.
Besides complying with laws, preventing inappropriate behaviour is good for your team’s morale and productivity.
This topic focuses on legal responsibilities of managers and supervisors and preventing and dealing with bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination complaints.
